Quaternary Resource Investigations, L.L.C. (QRI), established in 1986, is a multifaceted company that specializes in geophysical assessments, drilling, remediation, and construction services. QRI excels at assisting government, industry and private-sector clients in matters that demand innovative thinking with a team that is dedicated to providing quality results in a safe and timely manner with significant cost savings.Mrs. New has 30+ years of environmental and hazardous materials program management experience to include: cost, schedule and technical quality oversight; and directing environmental consulting/HTRW investigations, studies, and remediation; short term operations and maintenance; and construction for Federal and private sector clients. Ms. New has been the PgM on 105 Federal contracts (492 TOs) since 2007 with 76 contracts for DoD clients (63 of the 76 performed for the USACE). The USACE equals 62% of QRI’s Federal clients. USACE Districts she has served include: SWG, SWF, SWT, SAS, MVK, MVM, MVN, NAN and NWS. Ms. New also serves as a Senior Geologist with extensive experience in environmental studies and evaluations; NEPA studies; Phase I, Phase II and Phase III environmental site assessments; environmental impact statements, CATEX, natural and cultural resources; compliance audits; pollution prevention; investigation and corrective action support; GIS support; environmental training; public interaction/hearings; regulatory interface including permit applications and community involvement; stratigraphy; geomorphology; groundwater and soil site assessments; regulatory compliance negotiations (RCRA, CERCLA, CWA, CAA, SARA, TSCA, NEPA); environmental risk-mitigation-litigation technical advisement and expertise; oilfield (NOW/NORM/Chloride) assessments, closures and certifications; risk-based (RECAP, RBCA, Soil Screening) closures; surface water (NPDES) site assessments; GIS analysis and remediation.
