This was a company assigned to our team for our Final Year Project. We were to analyse the problems of “Discovery Student Volunteering, Swansea” and their falling sign up rate among students. We were to then implement a strategy to improve their sign up rate according to the SMART objectives set by the team (Innov8v Solutions). We carried our market research in the forms of group interviews, surveys and focus groups. We implemented a social media and face to face engagement strategy, which included email marketing and growing the organisation’s mailing list, which improved the sign up rate by 38% from the prior year. This was higher than our objective of increasing Grade for final Project: 2:1
