  I worked in the team Operation and Control that supplies expertise, project management and technical support within areas such as smart metering and utility control systems such as SCADA, EMS and DMS. My expertise areas was within smart metering and energy systems, mainly solar power. At Ellevio I supported the smart meetering project as Local Area Manager. The projects aim was to exchange all category one meters and the current meter and data management systems. My key responsibility was to secure the Rollout progress for the grid areas North Stockholm and West Coast. I was Assisting Project Manager for the project in Mozambique, where Sweco have developed the technical solution and Tender Documents for a new National Control Centre for their Transmission grid. The project involved multiple disciplines such as SCADA/EMS, Telecom, Station adaptations, Training, Organizational changes and Buildings. I supported the project management and coordination Swecos team of experts with the different disciplines to ensure coherent and professional deliveries, as well as project follow-up towards time schedule and budget.
