As venture builder at Aimforthemoon I guide (corporate) startup teams from 0-1. Finding a relevant problem which really needs to be solved, developing and testing possible solutions and finally building and growing a sustainable business. Currently I am working with a team from Baas BV to develop an innovative way of installing heat grids in order to contribute to a faster and easier heat transition to remove natural gas as a source for heating buildings. Thunderbolt I am responsible for founding and running Thunderbolt. Thunderbolt enables SME's to make the energy transition in an easy and transparent way. During the management traineeship at Pon you fulfill three different, 6 months projects in different Pon companies. Pon focusses on personal development by providing many training sessions during the period of the traineeship (such as: personal development, finance, project management, sales, leadership, etc.) Project 1: Real estate Project Management Pon CAT is the exclusive dealer for Caterpillar Equipment and Power Systems in Denmark, the Netherlands, Norway & Sweden. The Caterpillar dealers in Norway have the ambition to build a common campus which will house their headquarters, workshops and warehouses. In this process I am responsible for assembling the requirement specification package (spatial and technical demands of the campus) which serves as the basis for choosing the right location, project developer and for the design of the –new to build- campus. Project 2: New Business Operations A-Point represent the car brands Audi, Volkswagen, Volkswagen Company-cars, SEAT and Škoda in Amsterdam and surroundings and is part of the Pon Automotive Retail group. For my second project I will set up and run a car tyre-hotel for the A-Point group. My job is to organize the warehouse, update and improve the warehouse management-software, train the users (dealers and warehouse personnel) of the warehouse and run the business trough the peak of demand during the winter. This means running the logistical operation, leading a team of 2-3 members and solving any other issues coming up. Project 3: Businessmodel innovation In my final project I have work for Bakker Sliedrecht. Bakker have developed an alarm monitoring system for vessels inhouse which they install on many projects. My job is to investigate if there are opportunities in the market to sell this program as a product instead of 'giving it away' on a project. Show less

It is my responsibility to coordinate the efforts across the Pon CAT territories in reaching the targets set forth in the Service Excellence Program.
