  I am currently managing a team of 23 FTEs, based in Iasi and in all Moldova area. As a Services Manager, I am in charge of providing consultancy services to our clients in terms of IT solutions for their hardware and software, sales and negotiating our services contracts, making sure our clients understand our standard SLAs; I am approving the final offers to our clients, making sure we stick to our OP; managing the vendors we work with all around the Moldova area, negotiating the contracts we sign with them; handling different client escalations and complains.As a People Manager, I am making sure my team implements the proper cost saving measures, making my department's balance sheets with income vs expenses, making sure we stick to the budget, training our beginner colleagues, making sure my teams respects all contractual SLAs.

  I was managing directly a team of 5 people in Iasi. My team was in charge of providing IT repair and services to different clients all around the Moldova area. This meant going to our clients' headquarters, analyse and check the equipment that needed to be repaired, taking it back into our service for proper maintenance and refit or solving the issue right on the spot, if the case.
