  • Development of high-voltage resonant converters in the 50-200 kW power range from initial specifications to lab testing, compliance testing, and release.• Leading project to evaluate silicon carbide (SiC) power semiconductor modules in a resonant converter and implement in a product.• Evaluation of SiC high-voltage diode prototypes in cooperation with suppliers and universities.• Design/upgrade control and measurement circuit boards and assist with debugging the embedded processor software.• Support product development with circuit simulations and FEM electrostatic calculations.(Alstom Power until acquisition by GE in 2015)
