  After working in a school for the past three years, I've had the chance to substitute many subjects and developed a passion for Physical Education. I believe it is an extremely important subject and topic students should have knowledge of. Substituting has allowed me to gain experience in classroom management, organization, implementing lessons, and creating activities for students. While working on obtaining my CE, the CESP program has given insight knowledge in the world of teaching. My plan is to become CE certified in the following weeks and begin my teaching career all while being enrolled in the RU CESP program. Show less
