Based on a successful pilot project that we initiated in 2020, the « Smart Data Factory » program has been launched in 2021 within Fluxys Group. Currently working full time on this initiative as Team Lead with a broad set of tasks: Business Analysis, Data Modelling, BI Dev, Analysts recruitment and onboarding, Program Mgmt, etc. Regarding the technology used, we have setup a full Modern Data Warehouse architecture based on Azure (with Azure Data Lake, DWH, AAS, ADF) in combination with the data warehouse automation tool TimeXtender and Power BI for the front-end part that replaced QlikSense.
