Florian is a strong worker and problem-solver. During our different group projects he was able to create an absolute working environment and a privileged relationship appreciated by his international colleagues. Each problem has a solution that he was able to find. His opinion is a high value for every organization and I have for that the ideas he brought to lead a Marathon project. His ability to speak perfectly English and have a good conversation in Spanish are an added value very powerful for every relationship with international clients. I co-managed projects with him in groups of 5 to 8 people and his management prioritizes the well-being and efficiency. Well-being by encourage the people (even the shiest ones) to bring his skills and added value, and efficiency by knowing how to perfectly succeed in a project. I highly recommend Florian, who could do the happiness of every organization.
