Lorsque Florian était chez NonStop, il était l'un des meilleurs éléments. À vrai dire, il a même été LE meilleur recruteur de l'entreprise, qui compte 450 employés répartis dans toute l'Europe, pendant plusieurs mois. Compétent, sociable, bienveillant, chaleureux, réfléchi, nombreuses sont les qualités de Florian, qui est pourtant toujours resté modeste et humble malgré son statut dans le top 3 de l'entreprise. Ce fut un véritable honneur d'apprendre les bases du recrutement à ses côtés. Il n'est donc pas étonnant qu'il ait quitté l'entreprise pour se lancer à son compte. Aujourd'hui, Florian domine tellement son marché qu'il est devenu un exemple et un argument de vente pour les jeunes recruteurs français arrivant chez NonStop.
