It was a pleasure working with Flori in our time together at NMDA. He's extremely interested in architecture/design and was an invaluable resource for the office. For instance, when we took on new software Flori become the employee learning the ins and outs and then teaching coworkers - both senior and junior to him. Because of this, he became one of my "go-to" employees when anything technical needed to be worked out. Additionally, regardless of the size of the task, Flori never hesitated when asked to assist. Traits like these are reasons he was promoted multiple times in a very short span of time and I'm sure any future office will benefit having him a part of their team.
