I worked closely with Florentina for many years in my capacity as outside legal counsel to her employer HITN. I found her to be imaginative, creative, empathetic and a first-rate problem solver even under the intense pressures of an under staffed and under budgeted satellite and cable channel. Her people skills are excellent as is her ability to work cooperatively with a wide range of people. I think she would be an outstanding asset to any media organization.
