A true leader with great potential, is the way to describe Florence. She’s as invested in what she does as how she does it. Her curiosity in combination with critical (self-)reflection, provides her with a lot of potential. I had the opportunity to work with Florence as a member of the HR Talent team at Delhaize. Florence was responsible for Talent Acquisition, Redeployment and transversal HR projects within our team. Next to her solid partnering skills towards the business, I especially appreciated the person she is towards her colleagues, and how she inspired me in growing towards being the manager I aspire to be. It was an enormous pleasure to be able to work with Florence and I do hope that we’ll get the chance to do so again in the future.
