During our time together at LearnServe International, I had the pleasure of working with Florence in several capacities including serving on committees together and taking youth to Paraguay to learn more about social entrepreneurship. Florence is an incredible project manager due to her attention to detail and ability to organize processes. While she excels at technical details and analysis, she is also incredibly relationship-oriented and takes care of the people around her. This unique skill set makes her someone who is an absolute joy to be around.

It's rare to meet a colleague both as imaginative and as masterfully organized as Florence. I was thrilled to work with Florence for four years at the youth social entrepreneurship organization LearnServe International, where she transformed our approach to data-driven management, built innovative new programs, and expertly shepherded the organization through our transition to virtual. Florence leads projects in a pragmatic, values-driven way that is uniquely approachable. She has taught me so much about what it means to make an ongoing commitment to equity in the workplace. I highly recommend Florence in all things social impact!
