Florence is curious, insightful and creative. Not all descriptions that would usually be applied to account handlers but when I worked with Florence she demonstrated great skill and strategic nous to help arrive at creative solutions for clients. Florence is extremely keen and hard working and deserves the move into strategy that she is looking for. I'd have no hesitation in recommending her for a transition to any Planning and Strategy Department as she has already proved her ability to focus on real consumer needs through research, insight and creativity.

Florence is one of the smartest, brightest and most vivacious women I have the privilege to know. I've worked closely with her for the last 18 months at Exposure where she's supported me as a junior strategist and led (directed) accounts and presented to a senior stakeholder level at the likes of coke. As a junior planner, she's got the intelligence and instinct to read situations, cultures and communities to map out trends and insights that will create great ideas. From a creative point of view she has the flair to come up with some amazing ideas across integrated campaigns but the strength in digital. We've frequently come up with gold as a duo, she's brilliant to bounce ideas off and is already excellent at writing decks from a strategy point of view. I can see her career projection to be fast moving, any agency taking her on would benefit in so many ways, clients love her, the team look to her as the beacon of good times/high organisation in the office and all senior management know that she is a girl that can be relied on and OVER delivers. Personally, Florence is now a brilliant friend, I would do anything to work with her again. She's beautiful, charming, intelligent, political, hilarious, amazing at presenting - she's my hero and I look forward to watching her career flourish. She even got me into Taylor Swift. She's one in a million.
