I worked with Flo while she was both a consultant and then a Clinical Business Manager at Juno Therapeutics and I was Corporate Counsel. She and I worked very closely together negotiating contracts for various business teams and it was a pleasure working with Flo both personally and professionally. She had a great knack for risk management, being able to discern issues she could resolve individually from those that had ramifications to, and thus required input from other departments, including legal issues. She communicated with others both internal and external to the organization in a professional and timely manner. In addition, she was a vibrant and personable individual to be around, positively contributing to the corporate culture. I would recommend Flo to employers looking for a great addition to any team.

It is my pleasure to write a recommendation on behalf of Florence Ahlouche. I have known Florence for about 7 years and have worked with her for much of that period. I originally hired Florence into Gilead Sciences, where she worked on my team as a contract manager. After a couple of years, I promoted her into a higher position in which she took on a project leadership role and people management responsibilities. Florence worked on my team for her entire tenure at Gilead. Throughout our interactions, Florence exhibited a superior work ethic, strong decision making ability, and great presentation skills. I then had the opportunity to work with her again as a team member and colleague at Juno Therapeutics. We both worked on a small team under the same Director, and in this capacity I was able to observe Florence’s ability to work closely with her internal clients and external partners, and demonstrate her problem-solving skills, effective communication, and risk-management abilities. Over the years, I have found Florence to be a reliable and trustworthy colleague who goes beyond her duties to work cooperatively in the best interest of her organization. Overall, Florence is a very capable and conscientious individual with a sincere interest in clinical research. I highly recommend Florence Ahlouche.
