  -Initial breakdown and consolidation of artist tech riders, meeting with vendors and suppliers to ensure suitable equipment was available for all artists whilst adhering to a strict budget. -Liaising with other members of the production team to ensure careful organization and coherence. --Whilst onsite the role involved being available previously to the festival to oversee site build and inventory checking to problem solving and retaining the smooth running of five separate stages communicating closely with stage managers, artist liaison and production heads. -This was carried out for four different festivals in five weekends in various locations in India. -In depth understanding and use of Microsoft Excel was crucial throughout this role.
