  Leads the work in the area of academia, and Supports the Post-Secondary Readiness (PSR) team in the expansion and improvement of post-secondary readiness for all IPS students in accordance with the District’s vision for the reinvented high school experience.• Provides leadership in the implementation and growth of the district’s future centers model.• Ensure that future centers are closely integrated with the district’s guidance counseling program, college and career academy offerings, and early college offerings.• Assist in the hiring and evaluation of all Future Center staff.• Serve as the district level point-of-contact for the Future Centers. • Provide ongoing support for Future Center staff including, but not limited to, identifying resources, opportunities for professional development, guidance on district goals and policies, and the sharing of best practices. • Establish community and employer partnerships that provide post-secondary readiness opportunities for all IPS students through the Future Centers. • Develop and implement persistence programming to support IPS students after graduation. • Serve as the PSR team lead for the district’s Counseling Initiative Grant which funds the future centers model, including management of the grant budget and reporting. • Supervision of K-12 School Counselors
