      Project Engineer, involved in Wharf Remediation, Concrete Remedial Projects, Fibre Reinforcing polymer strengthening and post-tensioning slab projects. My projects are various from $10k to $3.5m, day work to months duration. Through overseeing daily site activities and productivity, adjust project schedules based on resources available, ensure projects completed within time and budget, also gain satisfaction from clients. Liaising with key stakeholders, meetings, work with site crew, take responsibility for health &safety, track progress, control cost, a bit of laugh and self-improvement full filled my day. Key projects: • Hobson Wharf Remediation Project. Circa 140m3 concrete remediation work spanned over 18 months, the average site crew number of 20+. Project located in Auckland central, exposed to public and tourists. I lead the team committed in H&S, also take responsibilities of protecting the environment through control noise, minimize dust, collect and dispose of debris. The client is highly satisfied with deliverable on H&S, quality and customer service level. • Te Wero Wharf Remediaiton project. Time was the biggest constraints of this project. It started site establishment in April, finished 28m3 concrete repair safely on time prior 2017 boat show event. • NZDF Training Jetty Wharf Remediation project, 60m3 concrete remediation across various structural elements. • Precast panel Grouting Work. Grouting precast concrete panel for a 7 level apartment building. 3 days work worth each level running over 6 months. 79k contract value. Deal with the client directly regards to work schedule suits both parties. • Police station carpark concrete repair and FRP strengthing in a live carpark, hand over project 2 weeks earlier than scheduled. • Various Post-tensioning slab design projects.
