I've learned a diverse set of skills at Dierenpark Amersfoort. Next to the day-to-day tasks that need to be carried out, I've learned a thing or two about communication skills as well. For example, how to treat a customer when unhappy about something, how to keep a crowd happy when there is any kind of delay or malfunction and how to keep a cool head and a clear mind.
