During my graduation project for the Master of Integrated Product Design, I researched the barriers and possibilities of how the CPAP mask and headgear products can become more sustainable and circular during their lifetime and end-of-life in collaboration with the passionate Group Sustainability team of Philips. I've taken into account these findings, the supply chain, possible business models and the wishes of the patients, while redesigning the products. Additionally, I've created a strategy and roadmap to implement changes to the design, supply chain and business model over time, which contribute to Philips' vision and targets to move towards a circular economy.

I organised this weekend with 6 people for 250 new students of the study Industrial Design Engineering. We were responsible for the entire organisation and for guiding the volunteers who helped during this weekend. My personal responsibilities included: organising income and expenses within a budget of €15.000, getting contracts with discounts from the suppliers and organising the logistics and supplies for the breakfast, lunch and dinner during the weekend.
