Thomas Kleine-Brockhoff

Brian Flood was the German Marshall Fund's Interim CFO in 2012. While he only spent a few months with the organization, he surely made his mark. The depth of knowledge he acquired about GMF and its financial position within a very short time was simply astounding. He is the perfect person to parachute into an organization and be a problem solver. His recommendations for the strategic direction of GMF were relevant to the organization long after he left.

Brian is an outstanding leader. He believes in his staff and empowers them to be the best they can be. His positive enthusiasm enables staff to be more effective and efficient.
