I highly recommend Fleur as facilitator and resource speaker on leadership for women courses...or anything on leadership. I had her as my facilitator in the Inspiring Women Leaders course of GCSP years back, which I also highly recommend by the way to women who wish to take a leadership course program. Fleur has always been proactive, interactive and engaging. Her passion to impart her knowledge and skills is reflected well in how she manages the leadership program. She has a knack for facilitating a group workshop and likewise guaranteed is your individual journey and discovery about your own leadership potentials. Truly remarkable! Thanks, Fleur, as it was a great learning experience and truly helped me mould and discover further my leadership potentials and strengths :-)

I have supported the growth of the network to over 300 leaders working in 6 multilateral hubs (Geneva, New York Den Haag, Vienna, Nairobi and Paris). Champions from governments, international organisations and civil society, each make commitments to advance gender equality within their organisations and a wide range of programmatic work, from trade, disarmament, climate action, humanitarian work to peace and security. Over 2 years I have doubled the funding and resources, grown the team, and responded in an agile way to virtual and now hybrid opportunities. We have also strengthened IGC's impact: launched a new hub in Paris, grown the membership by 40%, and supported and amplified the Generation Equality Forum. In June 2021 we developed the second network wide pledge in addition to the Panel Parity Pledge - a Gender-based Violence Pledge and a campaign against sexism and gender-based violence. I have led several programmatic activities in response to Covid-19 and new ways of working, from cross-hub to a 'Gender Champions Challenge' and 'Time to Talk' peer-peer conversation series on specific thematic areas. I regularly facilitate and moderate network wide meetings. The Secretariat team works collaboratively with members and coordinators across hubs to ensure cohesion and impact. Day to day network management includes outreach, thematic advice on commitments, communications, campaigns, events, publications and partnerships. We have also upgraded the website and operating systems. An expert facilitator and thematic expert on gender, leadership and inclusion with an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication and analysis skills. Over almost 5 years, I have developed GCSP's portfolio of women's leadership courses, inclusive leadership courses and customised offerings, and continue to work closely with the senior management team to achieve the organisation's mission of advancing international cooperation, peace and security through dialogue and policy analysis. Building strong working relations with partners from government, civil society and NGOs including the EU, UN, KAIPTC, Mediterranean Women Mediators Network, Arab Women Mediators Network and the UK Mission Geneva, I have increased both revenue and impact. Agile in my approach, with a thirst for learning new myself, I deliver in person, online and hybrid experiences and have developed powerful complementary learning tools including videos, articles and a new Mentoring Guide. I am consistently rated as a powerful and engaging facilitator and communicator. As core faculty, I also integrate different aspects of security policy into modules I facilitate on longer courses offered by GCSP. I also work to bridge leadership insights and education with policy development in peace and security, and have written a range of short policy briefs and strategic security analyses, in collaboration with the GCSP's community of fellows and peers, particularly in the field of peace mediation (with Dr. Catherine Turner). Working on a topic which is culturally embedded, I endeavour to tap into the arts. In 2017, I brought "Seven the Play" to the United Nations in Geneva in an event that attracted over 500 participants. The documentary play captures the stories of women from seven countries who have experienced discrimination and abuse, and whose courage and action has enabled them to overcome the challenges, lay a better path for others, and be a source of inspiration and hope.
