  Worked closely with the management team to collate all information on how The Bristol reduces it's environmental impact and build a report of evidence for the Green Tourism Business application for which The Bristol received a Silver award. I researched core areas of the hotel including energy, water, waste, procurement, travel and staff wellbeing. Within this process I created a 'Green Guest Journey' booklet which provides an overview of each aspect of the hotel to guests.
