  I started at Furbish, in 2014, as an entry level technician for the Living Roof Installation department. After a couple years of honing the craft, I began running projects as a Foreman. I learned how to shape high-performing teams and manage logistics in the field. I took that experience and began training others to manage crews and jobsites. I now run the Field Operations department for Furbish. On the project delivery side, I work closely with clients and our PM team to ensure projects are running on schedule, quality is high, and we are creating a remarkable experience for our customers. As a department head, I am responsible for staffing, building infrastructure, and expanding our capabilities, while also managing direct costs and job probitability. Show less
