Flavien is such a joy! Not only is he extremely organized, punctual, and knowledgeable, but he's a pleasure to be around. He has a respectful and pleasant demeanor, and is aware of his surroundings. He has an eye for detail, along with an instinct for making others feel comfortable. If I could work with him every day, I absolutely would!

It was a great pleasure working with Flavien on this article. If it weren’t for him, it wouldn’t have gotten to where it is right now, presented at and soon to be published by the Communication Association of Japan. Flavien has the skills to lead and guide; since this was my first foray into research he thoroughly explained the research process every step of the way and he made himself available for questions thereafter. He has shown his ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. He gives feedback and asks questions which force you to think more critically, which in turn makes you a better researcher. These skills are integral to any project and Flavien possess these in spades. I would jump at the chance to work with Flavien again. His leadership and communication style are just some of the qualities that make it a pleasure to work with him.
