  From my experience in raising the awareness of children and adults about enviromental issues, I felt the need to reach out to a wider audience by mobilizing envirmental organizations in Switzerland. This is why I founded Ecoskills, the first e-learning platform specialized in sustainable living.

  L'association Zero Waste Switzerland et la ville de Carouge collaborent autour d'un projet ambitieux, Carouge Zéro Déchet. L'objectif est de réduire les déchets de la ville à hauteur de 30% en 3 ans. Pour ce faire, différents programmes sont menés auprès de tous les acteurs de la ville : ménages, écoles, commerces, ...Elaboration et exécution d’une stratégie digitale Facebook et Instagram prenant en compte les objectifs de l’association: • Communication au sujet des événements, mise… L'association Zero Waste Switzerland et la ville de Carouge collaborent autour d'un projet ambitieux, Carouge Zéro Déchet. L'objectif est de réduire les déchets de la ville à hauteur de 30% en 3 ans. Pour ce faire, différents programmes sont menés auprès de tous les acteurs de la ville : ménages, écoles, commerces, ...Elaboration et exécution d’une stratégie digitale Facebook et Instagram prenant en compte les objectifs de l’association: • Communication au sujet des événements, mise en avant de l’équipe et de ses activités, promotion du blog et des campagnes d’affichage « print », partenariat avec des acteurs locaux. • Suivi d’un total de plus de 30 heures de formation en e-learning sur « Facebook usage professionnel », « Instagram usage professionnel », « Google Analytics introduction » et « Création d’une formation en ligne » • Veilles sur les pages « Carouge Zéro Déchet » sur Facebook et Instagram, « Zero Waste Geneva » sur Facebook et de notre groupe Facebook « Zero Waste Community Geneva »• Formation et gestion d’une équipe bénévole de rédaction composée de 7 personnes. Mise en place d’une méthode de travail. • Utilisation d’outils de Comunity Mangement tels que « Hootsuite, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Creator Studio, Google Analytics ». • Création d’indicateur de performance s’alignant sur les objectifs de communication.• Ebauche d’une stratégie « Influenceurs » • Bilan de fin de mission avec une première analyse 360 des forces et faiblesse de cette stratégie digitale.   I was in charge of leading the project on a larger scale. To do so, I developed two programmes. The first one concerned the digitalization of coaching, I developed an online waste reduction support programme lasting six weeks. My tasks in this program were the followings: - Design of the programme and its content - Marketing strategy - Community Management - Creation of the content in collaboration with the designer - Design and tracking of key performance… I was in charge of leading the project on a larger scale. To do so, I developed two programmes. The first one concerned the digitalization of coaching, I developed an online waste reduction support programme lasting six weeks. My tasks in this program were the followings: - Design of the programme and its content - Marketing strategy - Community Management - Creation of the content in collaboration with the designer - Design and tracking of key performance indicators. The results were the registration of 140 participants and a 20% reduction in waste of the participants (study realized on a small sample (n=16)). My second programme concerned the design of an event strategy to increase the visibility of the association's activities. My tasks in this programme were the followings: - Team management - Collaboration with the city and other external actors - Design of the visuals in collaboration with the communication manager and the designer - Organisation of the presence of our association during the event My team and I managed to implement waste sorting including compostable tableware throughout the event. Our team ran a stand, during three days, in collaboration with about twenty volunteers. A set of visuals aimed at raising awareness during the events were created. Show more Show less

  I led the Family Coaching program which aimed to accompany 24 households over a period of six months in their waste reduction.My tasks were the followings: - Recruit the 25 families participating in the coaching as well as 15 coaches- Ensure a quality service for the different elements of the coaching: individual coaching of the families by the volunteers (every 15 days), group meetings (every two months), original events (every month), zero-waste introductory kit and Facebook… I led the Family Coaching program which aimed to accompany 24 households over a period of six months in their waste reduction.My tasks were the followings: - Recruit the 25 families participating in the coaching as well as 15 coaches- Ensure a quality service for the different elements of the coaching: individual coaching of the families by the volunteers (every 15 days), group meetings (every two months), original events (every month), zero-waste introductory kit and Facebook group. - Create all communication materials (weighing, zero waste tips, events, ...) - Ensure follow-up through performance indicators, data collection on waste production and participant satisfaction- Promote family coaching and its visibility by ensuring media coverage - Search for partners to offer prizes to participants. - Participation in the rest of the Carouge Zero Waste project: participation in the workshop of the communication campaign, advice and text writing for the publication of articles in the communal newspaper Vivre Carouge, for publications on the social networks Facebook and Instagram, support during the workshops, coaching of one of the family.I managed to lead this project successfully by showing leadership with the 15 participating coaches.   The TV show "Une seule planète" offers alternatives to the Swiss to reduce their carbon footprint. As part of this programme, four families volunteer to do the exercise, accompanied by sustainable lifestlye mentors. The mentor, Flavia Wallenhorst, followed the Bonnaux family who has three children and no time. She succeeded in giving them concrete solutions about food waste, general consumption and mobility.
