“Flavia was always a nomad soul. Born in Belo Horizonte, she moved to Sao Paulo when she was only 18 years of age, feeling the hunger for better and bigger things. Later she got married to an American jazz musician and relocated to New Orleans but still travelling to Brasil very often to visit family and friends. Flavia first visit to the African continent changed her life for ever. From that first trip to today, she visited several countries including Egypt, Namibia, Botswana, Rwanda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Tanzania, Mauritius, South Africa …. From travelling to the African continent, she learned how to love and admire the abundant wildlife, culture, history, struggle, beauty and singularity of the African people. “It is a combination of identity, recognition, deep admiration and respect for the uniqueness of this place and the way it makes me feel: the ancient and ancestral feeling of returning home, the place where human life started, the place where the soul feels comfortable, the place I chose as my second “home”. Flavia works with passion and commitment, with a deep sense of customer care and quality, so the travel agents and their clients can experience all the amazing beauties Southern & East Africa has to offer.
