It's been a pleasure to work with Flavia who goes far beyond her responsibilities to make projects always a success.

Marcelo Campos

Flavia has a clear view of processes, finances and can manage projects regardless of the underlying technology (some of them were quite complex, we were in IT!). She communicates very well, and is always ready to support when needed. In my point of view her strongest point is dealing with people, understanding the individuals and ensuring they fit the best into the projects. Her rapport with different levels in the organization creates harmony and good flow of information, which is key for any project success.
