I had the pleasure to manage Flavia directly in the TCCC Global Marketing Soft-Drinks team and also to witness her contribution to the Brazil business in the different positions she held in Coca-Cola Brazil. Descomplica is the biggest online education platform in Brasil, with over 230k paying students and more than 5M unique visitors per month. They are in the Fast Company rank of Most Innovative Companies 2017 (#3 in LatAm) and are backed by investors like Social Capital, Valor Capital, Amadeus Capital and Invus Opportunities, among others. I've designed their new Marketing structure, organizing their recruitment efforts under Demand Generation and Conversion areas, and defined their master brand approach, as they expanded into more categories. After the initial set up, I've led the efforts on feeding the top of the funnel. Highlights of this work are: . Review of content marketing strategy, to develop and invest in high potential formats (targeting reach and purchase intent); . Online campaign focused on brand awareness with the highest view through in the industry database (near 70% VTR); . TV campaign (also focused on awareness) with strong impact in direct access to the platform (+70% vs before TV); . Sponsorship deal with #1 soccer team - 32M fans, 20M engaged online, 120M TV audience; . Restructured the team with over 5 new positions, comprising Content, Advertising, Events and SEO; . Developed the new target and tracking model to get each team accountable for visitors and transactions generated by the channels they influence. Show less
