I can’t count how many times he has saved our team working past midnight until the very last bug has been squashed -- or sacrificed his day to mentoring junior developers so that the team can be even more productive. There's been many occasions where he went an extra mile, working over hours, late at night and on weekends. Once, even on his birthday! He has a solid front-end skill set with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - both native and through frameworks. His back-end knowledge of PHP and MySQL grows rapidly too.
