  I interned at the Community Health Sciences Department at Aga Khan University, Karachi. I was the member of a healthcare and research team which commuted daily to a remote fishing village in the province, providing basic clinical services to the local populace and prescribing free-of-cost medications as necessary. Over the period of four weeks, I contributed a total of 186 hours towards community-based health and social development activities. Additionally, I became familiar with preliminary research techniques and carried out an observation-based study at the field, titled "The incidence of multiple marriages in a rural fishing village" during my internship.
