Simon stepped into the demanding role of Deputy Editor of www.redsharknews.com at very short notice, and immediately demonstrated that he's an extraordinarily capable writer and editor. At times, while I was travelling, Simon ran the whole operation, seamlessly and extraordinarily successfully. He's a perfect team worker - respecting and appreciating his colleagues. He is also fast to spot a news opportunity and at times he has single-handedly taken the initiative and written pieces that have attracted extremely heavy traffic. More than anything, Simon is a person you would want to work with. Sharp-witted and always with an interesting angle on a story, he's also a technology native with a fascination not just for the video world but the wider tech domain that exists around it. "Recommendation" seems an inadequate word. I would re-employ Simon again in a heartbeat.

Simon has worked with us on projects that required extraordinary dedication, international locations with multinational clients at unusual hours, all taken in his stride, results superb.
