I became Project Officer of "Roadshow Bidang K&PSDM BEM Undip 2022". Roadshow Bidang is one of work programs of synerfo division. Roadshow Bidang conducted 12 times by 11 faculties and 1 vocational school. My job description:1. Monitoring and coordinating regularly to the head of the synerfo division2. Assist in the preparation and follow-up of MC3. Explain in detail the technical rundown of the roadshow per faculty to the MC and the committee every h-1 before the event4. Monitoring and coordinating regularly to each division5. Check and follow up every work done by each committee6. Assist in backing up when division members are unable to attend7. Taking notes during the Roadshow8. Reorganize the minutes, recap attendance, and documentation to be used as press releases.
