  34.5 MW (Gas Turbine) & 24 MW (Gas Engine) Power Plant **Gas Turbine Operation 1) Operation and control of 34.5 MW Gas Turbine (Turbine - GE ALSTHOM, Model- PG 6541 B, Frame-6, Single-Shaft, 17 stage axial flow compressor, 3 stage turbine, rpm- 5163, Dual Fuel, Speed-Tronic Mark-IV control system, Synchronous Generator-NTC, 42 MW, 52.5 MVA) with auxiliary system. 2) Operation of Motor Control Panel (MCC), Excitation Panel, Protection Panel of Generator & Transformer, Synchronization panel, Turbine Control Panel. 3) Instant action taken by switching to isochronous speed control mode from droop speed control mode when national grid circuit tripping occurs. 4) Automatic & manual synchronization of gas turbine & gas engine alternators with national grid circuit using Synchroscope. 5) Operation and Supervision of 11/33KV Sub-Station, Switchgear & Protection Equipment, CT(600/1A), PT(33KV/110V), 2*20/25 MVA, 1*30/35 MVA ONAN/ONAF Power Transformers. 6) Maintain load dispatch according to the demand of NLDC and local power distribution company ( WZPDCL & BREB). 7) Changeover of auxiliary power between GTG unit & GEG unit. 8) Monitor, analyze & control all running equipment parameters and take sudden steps required for prudent operation of the plant. 9) Operation, fault recording & resetting of different Generator protection relay and Transmission line protection relay (Sepam T87, MiCOM P122, MICOM P127,Symap) co-ordination. ** Gas Engine Operation 1) Operation of 24 MW Gas Engine (Engine – NIGATA(6MWx4) , Model – 18V28AGS, rpm-750, Alternator – NISHISHIBA, each rated 7.5MVA), start up, shut down, full load running and tripping condition with auxiliary system. 2) Operation of Emergency Diesel Engine Generator (EDG). 3) Prepare Daily Plant Availability, Daily & hourly Plant Generation, Monthly Gas Consumption and Transmission Line (33KV) Interruption report for both GTG & GEG unit.
