* Reviewing work order requests in the queue and responding to work orders by adhering to commitment times; * Troubleshooting time sensitive customer issues, which may include power, cooling, security, connectivity; * Rack and stack of customer equipment, unrack of customer equipment * Intra-cage infrastructure installations by following the standard operating procedures of customer installs, which may include: Fiber trays, ladder racks, customer equipment and cabinets * Installation and testing layer 1 and layer 2 connections, either Fiber optic or copper * Monitoring of critical systems of the data centre via Building Management and Monitoring Systems, troubleshooting or escalating critical system failures and/or system alerts * Reporting issues within the data centre that has or could have affected customer equipment, and keeping accurate logs for root-cause analysis * Providing logistical support for shipments incoming or outgoing from the Data Centre, staging storage of shipments of internal stakeholders and customers * Inventory tracking of consumables used within the data centre, * Creating and maintaining custom Excel sheets, to make sure relevant day-to-day information are easily accessible and trackable * Monitoring, assisting and resolving requests from internal and external sources in company internal projects * Monitoring and resolving inbound customer calls and customer e-mails in local language * Keeping up-to-date and accurate logs within standard operating procedures * Providing a high level of service and an excellent customer experience when interfacing with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction with timely adherence to following semi-routine execution order requirements.
