Working with Fiona is a rewarding experience. She has a way with words and can make a basic script come alive. Her enthusiasm for our www.hi5living.org project has taken it to a new level and I am looking forward to our future collaborations.

Simply put, Fiona is a pro! I have had the pleasure of working with her in her capacity as Publications Coordinator for the BC Cancer Agency's Prevention Programs. Fiona doesn't miss a typo, her copy is clear, concise and enticing to the reader, and moreover - her work looks great. Her enthusiasm for whatever project she is working on is contagious - both in person, and through her tweets! Fiona is my 'go-to' person when I have questions about Social Media. She has been very open to sharing her knowledge with the rest of the Prevention Programs team. Our social media presence is due in large part to her efforts. I look forward to continuing to collaborate with this dynamic and creative individual.

My remit was to optimise online membership and revenue opportunities by evaluating metrics and analytics and then implementing strategies, tools and applications to foster member and donor engagement, conversion and retention. The Wildlife Trust BCN is one of 47 trusts across the UK whose aim is to 'to promote the conservation and study of nature, and to educate the public in understanding and appreciating nature'. With offices in all three counties, it manages 126 nature reserves and works with landowners and managers to create living landscapes that are valuable for wildlife. It also provides a wide range of educational, training and monitoring schemes across the area.
