Fiona is a hard working, professional Executive Assistant who demonstrates accuracy, integrity and loyalty at all times. She thrives best in a busy, deadline-driven environment and works well with everyone - no matter what their level in the organisation. Fiona supported 2 VP's whilst at Serena but was also always willing to help out in other areas of the business whenever the need arose. She is a great team player with high energy and enthusiasm for whatever project or task she undertakes. In addition to her Exec Assistant role, Fiona managed our "Serena Gives Back" initiative which entailed organising employees to support fund raising events for local charities. Fiona worked for me for approx. 3 years. She had been with the company longer and supported other managers before. However when I finally took over International at Serena I needed a more experience assistant and fortunately Fiona could be convinced to work for me and my colleague who run Support on a worldwide basis. Fiona brought to her role her experience with the company and also her dedication for the job. She often reached out to other assistants e.g. the assistant of the CEO for best practice sharing and attended several seminars to constantly work on her job skills. She is extremely efficient in all her work and achieves this mainly by being very well organised as well as thinking things through in advance. Despite the fact that she had two senior execs to support she was always able to maintain confidentiality and a "chinese wall" between both functions but also contributed to uncover synergies wherever they surfaced. In addition to all her work she also helped organising several events for the company and also there ensured perfect execution of the required work. She was very well respected by managers, colleagues and staff. Her ranking in the group was always in the top rankings.
