Fiona worked with me on a complex project compliance issue over a period of six months. Fiona’s legislative knowledge, in field environmental monitoring and assessment experience and her ability to effective liaise with the administering authority to bring about desired project and compliance outcomes was invaluable to Shamrock Civil to manage a legacy project on a high risk site. Fiona’s proactive nature enabled her to rapidly acquire knowledge of the project upon engagement in the project under incident response conditions. Fiona guided Shamrock Civil through the incident through clear communication and development a management framework for the project team which she supported through guided implementation. As a former regulator Fiona worked through the compliance aspects of the project to bring about desired outcomes and provided the learnings from the project to the Shamrock Civil management team in an educative forum. The delivery of Fiona’s presentation was professional and provided the opportunity for participants to understand the complexities of the licence to operate. Jamie Williams

• Knowledge of contractual requirements • Unique understanding of client requirements and implementation of these into the project management system • Development of environmental mitigation measures which are practical and easy to implement to meet client and regulatory requirements • Development of targeted project team environmental awareness training • Preparation and submission of comprehensive compliance reporting documentation to meet client requirements As the Project Manager for a number of Department of Defence projects I worked with Fiona, in her role as Environment and Sustainability Manager, to establish an environment, sustainability and stakeholder framework to meet the client’s contractual arrangements. Having established the environmental, sustainability and stakeholder engagement aspects of the project during the tendering and contractual negotiation components of the project Fiona was able to efficiently deliver the required documentation, including applications for Environmental Clearance Certificates and environmental and stakeholder awareness training packages to enable the project team to mobilise in accordance with the predicted program. Fiona continued to provide professional and efficient environmental and stakeholder engagement support services for the duration of the project, including completion of the compliance reporting and environmental performance assessment of the project within designated client timeframes
