  Working in D&J is a new experiment for me. In this journey, my main focus on global swimwear, activewear and fashion accessories' business development. Our advantages includes: 1. Second, we equipped with advanced managment system (like hanger, GERBER and ERP production system) to ensure the work process efficiently. Third, we have 100% inpection for the fabric, trims, accessories that we used for sample and production. Most importantly, in-line and end-line QC, professional final inspection and QC is also our main point for providing you the great quality goods. 5. Sustainable and recycled resources: We already have a wealth of experience for recycled fabrics, trims and packing material. Besides, we are keeping a long-term cooperation with Italian fabric mills (Carvico, Eurjosery, Sensitive...) , which can offer you more options and the latest fashion trend. 6.   Work with VINCE. women footwear team of Caleres DGO team, my main job is collaborate with factory and American designers/PD to make sure footwear development successfully each season. Key Responsibilities: 1. Being familiar with shoes development process and use PLM system to make sample sheets/ BOMS dependently to make sure the effectiveness and correctness of development; 2. Direct work with the US customer for brand VINCE, and forward instructions to factories and speciality vendors; 3. Responsible the progress from trial to final sample, and travel to the factory to check sample completion, ensure samples are completed on time; 4.
