  To provide a specialist and premium employability service to offenders on the Integrated Offender Management cohort to contribute to a reduction in local reoffending rates. I develop and implement an employability support plan for each of my clients, and case manage them from custody to community. I develop and maintain links with local prisons and secure employment and training opportunities for prolific offenders in the Borough.   I provided information, advice and guidance services to young offenders and adult male offenders at two different North West prisons. It was my responsibility to help service users gain the qualifications and skills in custody that are necessary to lead a more positive lifestyle on release. I also helped clients access employment opportunities post-custody and promoted the service users positively to employers.
