      Brought into develop and market a new waterborne inclusive and diverse community; the nuclei being the grass-root powerboat racing ‘ThunderCat Racing’ that originated from South Africa and Australia. Financed by our benefactor and main sponsor Microlink (PC) as part of their corporate social responsibility program; providing return on investment for their ethos and brand awareness. Responsible for up to 250 volunteers at events; establishing a UK national series affiliated to the RYA; as well as becoming the UIM P750 (ThunderCat Racing) Chairman for the World Governing body and instrumented the growth from 3 competing countries (S.A, NZ and Australia) to over 20 countries. Delivering National, European and World Championship events in the UK and abroad. With the ability for over 100,000 spectators over two days as well as organising the catering for personnel, directing officials and volunteers, safety crew and competitors. As part of my UIM role, I was invited to join the Equality Committee for Union Internationale Motonautique. The UIM Equality Committee promotes an integrated and inclusive sport where difference is respected and valued. Expanding visual and media awareness of ThunderCat Racing (P750). Experienced in writing risk assessments, policy and rule compliant, as well as dealing with harbour authorities and councils.
