I worked with Fiona within a PMO for 18 months, whilst I was the lead for the Planning and Resourcing tower. During that time, Fiona was one of the leads in developing the process for carrying out the inductions for new starters to the Glasgow office. Fiona’s extensive knowledge of training and delivery were invaluable in setting up a professional induction to ensure that new joiners to the company were given a useful, informative welcome on their first day. Fiona produced extensive process notes to support the inductions, which ensured that each new start received the same welcome to the company. With the impact of Covid, and the changes that this forced on new starters, Fiona lead the way in altering the process to cater for a new remote induction to maintain a high standard for each new start.

Fiona joined the PMO team 2 years ago and was instrumental in putting together our training materials for teaching project managers what was required of them for good project delivery. Over the time Fiona quickly picked up what PMO was about and showed great versatility and passion for the area. Fiona is great to work with , she’s helpful, caring and good fun too .
