Inductions are to be of a high standard, following the induction process. • Ensure that CQM is kept up to date and all leads are contacted within the agreed timescales.• Employer Health and Safety’s for new business, ONA’s and Employer Service Level Agreements to be completed and updated. • Ensure BCM is up to date, detailing all correspondence to show a clear audit trail. • Attend monthly meetings with the Business Support Manager. • Refer learners to the Curriculum Manager if initial assessment results are low following induction. • Conduct weekly team meetings. • Conduct monthly standardisations with the Customer Service team and report back to the Business Support Manager. • Ensure audits are completed on employer files and on Business Contact Manager. • Ensure all customer complaints, comments and compliments are documented and passed onto the Business Support Manager to respond to. • Refer all concerns to the Business Support Manager. • Ensure all Quality Cycle activities are completed on time.
