I helped council employees over the phone with any IT related issues they were having. I updated and maintained the company website daily using the Terminal 4 Content Management System. I updated our client database and assisted researchers with queries/analysis of their data. I helped organise company conferences as well as helping to produce a bi-annual newsletter. I created the web manual for my replacement.
