I was working as an Art Director (major in character design) at Enzel( an out sourcing company) for almost 3 years. I managed over 14 persons and there are 3 levels of work in my daily work:the design work, the communication work and the management work.I worked with many large and famous company both domestic and overseas companies'such as NC soft(Korea), Tencent(China), NetEase(China) and Sohu(China).
