I have worked with Finn on multiple projects from 2016 to 2020. In 2016, in a workshop in Korea, I saw Finn inspire his students to learn creatively and have fun. By the end, his students knew more about MUN and Finn brought out the best in his students by teaching them a fun "chicken dance". These fun moments made that experience very memorable for both the students and the other staff members. In the following years, I saw Finn take over an integral role at WFUNA as the Program Associate for their Model UN Conferences, with conferences around the world and 300-1000+ attendees. Finn was able to integrate his passion for learning into his management roles by advocating for his staff at every opportunity while also expecting the best from them, and nurturing them into stronger leaders. I have also seen him come up with quick creative solutions to bring out the best in every situation. I also highly admire Finn's acute awareness of the needs of different stakeholders in every project and what solution would be most suitable to them. I am looking forward to the next time I get to work with Finn on a project.
