  Successfully completed a Mini-Soccer Referee course allowing me to be a qualified referee. I was in charge of football matches of children aged 7-11 years old. I had a high amount of responsibility to ensure the safety of the players and fairness of the match. I had to be confident with my decision making and keep control of the game. As well as enforcing the rules I had a role to teach the children and give an example of how to be respectful to all involved.
