The role involves overseeing the logistics and coordinating with the design team, casting director, stylist, associate producers and PR teams to stage the runway show. Specifically my duties involve handling the calendar and scheduling of the production period, managing casting, photographing and cataloging the looks for the show, liaising with the technical production team on site and creatives (music, hair and makeup etc.), organising and accompanying the transportation of the collection to the venue and managing the day of show to ensure everything runs smoothly.
