  Durante questa esperienza, ho lavorato nella practice "Private Client: trust and estate", focalizzandomi sulle problematiche internazionali inerenti la pianificazione successoria tramite testamenti, trusts e fondazioni; in ambito di trust ho per di più redatto bozze riguardanti power of attorney e atti istitutivi di trust (trust deed). Mi sono inoltre confrontato con ulteriori problemi aventi ad oggetto la tassazione internazionale e ho preso parte alla redazione di contratti di sponsoring per soddisfare i requisiti richiesti dalle normative FATCA e CRS. During this experience, I worked in the practice “Private Client: trust and estate”, focusing on international issues such as international succession planning through wills, trusts and foundations; moreover, in the Trust area, I have drawn some acts like POA (power of attorney) and Trust deed.
